About This Role

About the role

We are hiring an experienced IT Expert to own the day-to-day reliability of IT systems, infrastructure, and end-user support.

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our client's office in Levent, İstanbul. You will be embedded with the client's team and work from their premises — this is not a remote or hybrid role.

The role has a strong focus on the ManageEngine product suite (such as ServiceDesk Plus, Endpoint Central, OpManager, and ADManager Plus), alongside core Windows, Active Directory, and networking administration.

Required Qualifications

Requirements (must have)

  • 3+ years of hands-on IT support or systems administration experience
  • Hands-on experience with the ManageEngine suite (for example ServiceDesk Plus, Endpoint Central, OpManager, or ADManager Plus)
  • Solid administration of Windows Server and Active Directory (users, groups, GPOs, DNS/DHCP)
  • Good grasp of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, VPN, firewalls)
  • Experience with endpoint management, patching, antivirus, and backup tooling
  • Strong troubleshooting, incident-handling, and end-user support skills
  • Able to work full-time on-site in Levent, İstanbul
  • Turkish is required (written and spoken)
  • English is required (written and spoken)

Big plus

Any of the below is a strong advantage:

  • ManageEngine certification or vendor training
  • ITIL foundation or formal service-management experience
  • Microsoft, Linux, or networking certifications (for example MCSA, MCSE, or CCNA)
  • Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD) administration
  • Scripting for automation (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
  • Experience supporting enterprise or client-facing environments

Key Responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Administer, configure, and optimize ManageEngine tools across ITSM, endpoint management, monitoring, and AD management
  • Provide L1–L3 support for end users, workstations, networks, and core IT services
  • Manage the user and device lifecycle through Active Directory and endpoint tooling
  • Monitor infrastructure health, respond to incidents, and drive root-cause resolution
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, patching, backups, and security baselines
  • Write and maintain runbooks, SLAs, and documentation, and improve service quality over time
  • Coordinate with vendors and the client's stakeholders to keep services reliable
