Why Morocco Is Different

Built for the realities of the Moroccan market, not adapted from a generic template.

Industrial Check Processing

Checks remain culturally entrenched payment instruments. Our check factory handles mass scanning, OCR extraction, tracking, unpaid workflows, and auditable archival, turning a manual burden into a streamlined operation.

Phygital Operations

Heavy paper workflows coexist with digital mandates. Our platform bridges both worlds: digitizing paper trails while maintaining complete audit trails that support ACAPS and Ministry of Justice requirements.

Auto Claims Complexity

CID/CICA processing, liability schedules, multi-party recovery, recourse workflows. The platform supports Morocco's motor insurance conventions, configured to your products and rules.

Legal Case Management

Litigation tracking aligned with Ministry of Justice / Mahakim services. Monitor case status, deadlines and outcomes from claims workflows. Full audit trail. Integration scoped to the access available to the insurer.

Regulatory Environment

ACAPS modernisation, CNDP data protection (Law 09-08), IFRS 17 processes, risk-based solvency frameworks. The platform is designed to support Morocco's evolving regulatory requirements.

Digital Mandates

E-constat electronic accident reporting, QR-verified digital certificates, electronic signatures. We deliver a modern digital layer aligned with ACAPS direction while respecting operational realities.

Modernizing Insurance Operations in Morocco: A Practical Path

Morocco's transformation is not just "going digital." It is building a hybrid-native core that respects how your market actually works: check-heavy payments, partner-dense ecosystems, and ACAPS-driven compliance needs, while positioning for tomorrow's fully digital channels.

The Check-and-Paper Trap: Why Legacy Systems Collapse Under Scale

Most insurers still run on systems designed when checks were dominant and paper was king. Today, the volume is different: tens of thousands of checks monthly, partner invoices from hundreds of garages, doctors, and lawyers, each requiring tracking, reconciliation, and audit-ready archival.

Add litigation workflows, BCMA Green Card processes, and growing digital initiatives like e-Constat, and the result is a patchwork of spreadsheets, manual handoffs, and mounting operational risk. This is hard to sustain for insurers planning to scale or meet ACAPS modernisation expectations.

Compliance & Connectivity: The Integration Imperative

ACAPS is not standing still. New solvency frameworks, XBRL reporting, enhanced data protection under CNDP Law 09-08, and electronic reporting mandates are reshaping the regulatory landscape. Insurers must demonstrate not just compliance, but auditability and transparency across every process.

At the same time, Morocco's ecosystem involves several external services: BCMA Green Card processes, Mahakim litigation services, and CMI electronic payments. Each connection is scoped and validated per insurer according to the available interfaces.

Hybrid-Native Strategy: Bridging Paper and Digital

The path forward is not to abandon proven workflows overnight. It is to build a core that treats paper and digital as equal citizens: digitizing checks through industrial OCR, capturing partner work through mobile portals, generating compliant paper outputs where required, while enabling fully digital journeys for customers who demand them.

Beakwise delivers this hybrid architecture: a platform that automates check factories, manages complex partner ecosystems, integrates with the relevant government and industry systems, and provides the digital channels, AI-assisted document processing and analytics that position your company for the next decade.

Morocco-Specific

Why International Platforms Need Local Adaptation in Morocco

These capabilities are designed in from the start, not retrofitted.

Check Factory

The Challenge

Checks are culturally entrenched. Manual processing overwhelms operations.

Our Solution

Industrial check processing: scan 10,000+ checks/day, extract via OCR, track lifecycle, manage unpaid workflow, archive with audit trails. Integrated with payment reconciliation.

CID/CICA Automation

The Challenge

Auto claims require multi-party liability calculations and recovery workflows.

Our Solution

CID and CICA convention processing, liability schedules, recovery and recourse workflows, configured to your products and rules.

Mahakim Integration

The Challenge

Litigation tracking is manual. Legal deadlines are missed. Audit trails are incomplete.

Our Solution

Litigation workflows with monitoring of case status and deadlines. Integration with available Ministry of Justice / Mahakim services depends on the access methods and interfaces available to the insurer.

E-Constat & Digital Certificates

The Challenge

The Moroccan market is moving toward electronic accident reporting and digital certificates.

Our Solution

Digital accident-report intake via mobile app, QR-verified certificates and electronic signatures. Connectivity with available e-constat / ACAPS services is scoped per insurer according to the interfaces available.

BCMA Green Card support

The Challenge

Cross-border motor claims and Green Card processes add operational complexity that legacy systems handle manually.

Our Solution

Support for BCMA Green Card processes and related cross-border claims, with the connector scoped and validated per insurer according to the available interfaces.

Morocco GL Accounting

The Challenge

Insurance accounting requires Morocco-specific chart of accounts and journal entries.

Our Solution

Pre-configured Morocco insurance chart of accounts. Automated GL journal entry generation for premiums, claims, commissions, reserves. Supports IFRS 17 reporting. Integration-ready for ERP systems.

True Multilingual

The Challenge

Most platforms have English UI with poor Arabic/French translations.

Our Solution

Native Arabic, French, English UI. Right-to-left (RTL) support. All documents, reports, communications in user's language. No translation gaps.

Phygital Operations

The Challenge

Digital mandates clash with paper-heavy operational reality.

Our Solution

Hybrid workflows: digitize paper via AI OCR, maintain paper audit trails, generate digital outputs. Compliance with both traditional and modern regulatory requirements.

AI-Powered

AI Document Processing for Moroccan Insurance

Not generic AI models. Tuned to your market's documents, regulations and language.

Real Example: Court Convocation Processing

When a court convocation arrives, the AI helps classify and extract key data and route it to the right handler, reducing manual triage.

Court Email Arrives
AI Classifies & Extracts
Handler Notified

Faster processing and better deadline tracking, with human review for complex cases.

Document Intelligence

Document intelligence for Moroccan insurance documents: policies, claims forms, medical reports, expert assessments, court documents. Handles Arabic, French and handwritten text. Accuracy is evaluated against the insurer's documents during the POC.

Claims Automation

AI-assisted FNOL intake, photo-based damage assessment support, anomaly detection and reserve estimation, with human review. Routine cases are accelerated; complex cases keep a human in the loop.

Underwriting Assistance

Risk assessment based on historical loss data. Quote-generation support and pricing analysis by region, vehicle type and driver profile, with underwriter review.

Fraud Detection

Pattern recognition across claims, policies and providers to flag potential staged accidents, inflated invoices and duplicate claims for investigation.
